Replacement, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation policy:

We fully appreciate that sometimes you may change your mind about products you have purchased, if this happens before you receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team number

Exchange/Exchange Policy:

All requests for exchanges or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Products eligible for exchange or refund must be in their original packaging with all parts, manuals., and in a new, unused condition along with the purchase invoice or delivery receipt.

If the product is not in the original packaging or if any damages occur to the package, a 25% restocking fee will be charged from the customer’s account. In the event of any damages or changes in the original condition of the product, no exchange or return will be accepted.
